We hope that you will enjoy your Flourish Product. We are however fully confident in the quality of our range that we offer a 30 day refund policy if you are not satisfied with the product. This gives you peace of mind when you purchase on our website. 

We do ask that customers returning products give us feedback as to why they were unhappy with the product in question - this makes you a very important part of our quality control. It would really help us if you could email info@flourishorganics.com 

To avail of your refund we ask you to return the product in question to us so we can assess the quality concern. Please ensure the product is carefully packed that it arrives undamaged with us

NB: Please note that we do not give refunds on items returned after 30 days, or for products purchased from one of our stockists, in that case please return it to the stockist in question and we will work with them, to help you, as quickly as possible.

 

DAMAGED/FAULTY GOODS

I the rare case of a product arriving with you in damaged or unsatisfactory condition please take pictures and email them to us, we can then assess and either issue a refund or send a replacement.

 LOST/NEVER ARRIVED

We strive to sending our order with 24 hours after we receive them. During busy periods it can be 48 hours. Should you not have received your delivery please contact us by email or phone and we will investigate straight away. Please be aware that at present during Covid couriers are very busy and deliveries might take a bit longer than usual.
